horn not working

It has a 5.4 L V8 and an automatic transmission. Exterior paint is in ok condition, lots of small dings and scratches. one small rust. Interior is in very good condition, original paint. small rips on driver chair, small tears and stains. Not back seats including . No warning lights on the dash.
