1998 Ford E-Series Van Club Wagon Chateau Description

Looking for a good home: "Big Blue" has been a stellar vehicle for many years, just no longer have the need for a full size van.
THE GOOD:......Club Wagon Chateau,....Fords "custom" 7 passenger E-150. This '98 model has 104K original miles with body, paint and interior all in exceptional condition. 5.4L V8 Automatic with overdrive.....This van has been babied since taking ownership in 2001.....adult owned and operated,.non smoker, seats covered most of the time, doors closed, never slammed,...... parked away from other vehicles resulting in minimal body damage, this is one straight van, NO accidents ......Rear bench and rear captains chairs remove easily to allow massive cargo space. All power, cold AC front and rear, 6 CD music changer system.
THE NOT SO GOOD:......Drivers power seat powers front to back but does not move up and down, remote door lock controls function erratically and are weak even with fresh batteries, Top and hood were repainted three years ago due to fading and look good, just not AS good, as the original paint on the sides and back.
THE BAD:......Front foremost section of headliner has deteriorated at the front windshield edge and needs replacing, low mileage Michelin tires have lots of tread left but have substantial weather cracking, and should be replaced ASAP.
I RECOMMEND:,..Change tires, fluids, belts and have front end checked. Spare is a matching new (old) Michelin, never installed and after a quick inspection it looks to be in great shape............
