Purchased this truck as used in 2010. In 2012 I replaced the brakes, brake booster, fuel pump, and radiator. It has been our family car since then. In 2015 it started having issues with the catalytic converter, and I had my retired mechanic neighbor do a quick fix to pass smog, and it did. I suggest getting the catalytic converter replaced. I have the 4th matching GMC rim in the garage, the full size spare is on the truck now (pictured).
My husband and I split in 2016 and I was left with 2 vehicles, the other one is newer, so I use that. The Jimmy was used daily until September 2016. It has been sitting outside our town house until I jumped the battery last week and drove it around for a bit.
