1961 GMC Suburban Description

I purchased thisSuburban unrestored in 2002 The previous owner had beefed up the engine and it has plenty of power and always starts and runs evenafter being stored all winter

I had the truck painted in 2004and it still looks pretty good except for a little bubbling down low and a dent in the rear back lower drop gate I have always kept it inside

I put a bigger brake system i, new exhaus, new tires when I bought it and they still look newI drive it but have too many collector cars to drive any of them much This is a fun driver and has a great stereo cd we put in Interior I had the seats reupholstered and new rubber on all the doors that's about itThis is a solid truck I purchased out of Tennessee it shows 12000 miles and obviouslyits over 100,000 Clutch and 4 speed tranny /w the super low We also set it up with a reese hitch and modern light socket it will pull about anything Gas gauge turn signals and windshield wiper not working I have replaced the sending unit in the tank and am waiting for a switch for the wiper Small rock chip in windshield otherwise windows are good and roll up and down as they should Heater works well too

I've got a few collector vehicles and it's time to thin the herd as I don't have time to enjoythem allThis is a very nice unit and always a head turnerThanks for looking and good luck bidding
