1997 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE Description

I often purchase western low mileage 4 wheel drive trucks and bring them back here for resale. Our trucks around here on the East side suffer from salt used in our winters as a result, are often very rusty underside along with rockers, cab corners, wheel wells and core supports, brake lines as well as fuel lines and gas tank straps. These western trucks are unbelievably nice. This 97' Z71 is one of the nicest trucks I've brought back. I don't believe it has a ding on the truck and the paint is exceptional. Interior is also near perfect. You can tell by the shape of the inside of the bed that this truck was not used for work. It's also had a fair amount of service pulled on it in the last year. All fluids have been changed, it's had the intake gaskets done, it had the pitman and idler arm changed, the A/C compressor and alternator are new as well. It's also had a fresh tune up. This truck fires right up, no funny sounds or smoke and it runs and shifts as expected. It runs down the interstate at 70 mph just the same as if it were 25mph. 4 wheel drive goes in and out correctly and makes no funny sounds. Steering and brakes all feel good and the tires are newer. This truck is the rare 3 door version with easy access into the rear seat area. These trucks are VERY popular and really hard to find with these low miles and this type of condition.
I always encourage inspections and invite them. I can store the truck here for a couple of weeks if you need to line up transportation and I will assist the driver on my end. If you have the option, test drive this truck and see how nice it really is in person.
