2006 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT Z71 Crew Cab Description

This clean and very well-maintained Sierra H.O. L33 5.3L 1500. (Rare High Output Aluminum Block) is up for sale here at my place in Arizona. This good-looking beast of a truck is priced at NADA Consumer book value at 100% loan to book value, as a stock truck with just the factory options added. This means there's no mark up for the lift, wheels, tires, hoops, shocks, chrome, powder, gears, locker, all the body work, lighting, stereo, any of the labor or even shipping for the parts. No catch; just selling for a personal family situation we just ran into. It's only priced lower than your average lifted truck in this condition for a quick sale. Not looking for trades, sorry as it just needs to go to help pay for the medical situation.
This daily driver started its life in California and always drives super smooth. Zero cancer rust spots, as even the frame shines as good as all the suspension. Never been in any accidents as it has a clean Car fax as well. No dents and/or dings on this excellent shaped exterior. The body is just as clean as the rest of the truck as it just got a fresh 3-step professional polish and wax as well. Plenty of upgrades to take in any direction you like, it just gives you a head start. At this price, you're buying a well taken care of stock truck with all the upgrades for free. My loss your gain. There's zero rubbing, it's easy to turn, Cush/smooth ride, and no weird sounds that shouldn't be there. Absolutely no leaks or even residual drips. Everything is torqued to spec and installed professionally at G and M Motorsports in Mesa, Arizona. The AC Blows too cold where you have to still turn it down at 120+ degrees outside. No Pets, No smoking and only adult driven. Never been off road or abused on the streets. I clean it weekly with only Maguire Gold Series chemicals and utilize only plush microfiber wipes. The truck drives great and I've had no problems with it. Mostly highway miles. Passes IM with no problems and of course has a clean title. Fresh full service and just got an alignment as well.
As of October 1st; I did a few more upgrades and lowered the price. It looks a lot more presentable all cleaned up and I bet you'll agree. I keep going back and forth on keeping it because it's such a head turner. It really drives nicely but at the end of the day, I keep wasting money on this thing. I recently just did a full service which includes; Coolant, power steering and brake flush. Oil and Filter change on the engine and transmission service as well. A/C Recharge and serpentine belt replacement. A 4-hole heater motor resistor was just replaced as well as two bulbs in the cab. I wanted to make sure the truck was in pristine condition for the new owner. As you can see, it's daily maintained. If parked; always on a trickle charger too.
