2003 Honda Civic Description

Up for auction is a used 2003 Honda Civic EX Coupe. I purchased this car brand new on November 1, 2003 and it has served as my daily driver for 12 years. About a year ago, I purchased a new vehicle and the Civic has seen only light use since then. Now, it is time to go! Please note that this car has very high mileage, and is not without its problems. I will try my best to detail all of the issues that I know of in this listing. With that said, the car still runs fine, and I have no concerns about using it. This vehicle is sold "AS IS" with no warranty.
Known Issues
1.) The "Check Engine" light is currently ON. The following codes were stored in the on-board diagnostics (please do your own research on these codes):
P1298 (Electric Load Detector?)
P0141 (O2 Sensor Heater Circuit?)
P0300,P0302,P0303, P0304 (Misfiring Cylinders?)
The car sometimes starts rough when it is cold, and I think this is why the codes for misfiring cylinders are triggered. However, once under way (or if the engine is warm), there is no issue and the engine seems to run fine. I have tried clearing the codes, but the check engine light comes back almost immediately. This means that the car will probably not pass an emissions test until the underlying issues are fixed.
2.) During winter, the heater will sometimes blow out cold air when the engine is left to idle or if the vehicle is coasting. This is noticeable when driving down a really long grade or when sitting at a traffic light for a while. Once the engine is revving, the air warms up again.
3.) In really hot weather, the car can start overheating if the engine is left idling for a long time.
4.) The power lock on the driver side no longer functions.
5.) The CD Player no longer functions (but the radio still works!).
6.) The interior headliner is coming unglued in places.
7.) The car has all manner of dings, dents, and scratches on it. There is a sizable, vertical dent/crease directly behind the driver side door that might not appear in the photos.
