2003 Honda S2000 Description

2003 Honda S2000 with 47,900 miles in Suzuka Blue. I'm the original owner and the car has a clean title, no racing and no accidents. I work from home and for many years had a 2nd car so it was lightly driven. All stock. Not much to mention. If you're looking for an S2000 you know what you're getting. A fun and reliable car. I have a baby so need to get rid of it.
The car runs great, everything works. I changed the oil a couple times a year. Replaced tires a couple times since '03 and an alternator. Brake pads were replaced 4 years ago I think. Battery was replaced last year.
The car has cosmetic issues as outlined below and can be seen in the pictures attached. I don't want to waste anyone's time so everything I can think of is below:
Convertible top has a 2 inch rip on the rear passenger side. This is from the rear bar rubbing on the top and is unfortunately very common. I bought straps to fix the rubbing, but not before this happened. A patch works, but a new top will run about a grand.
You can see the wheels have rubbed on some curbs. Doesn't look great. One tire has a slow leak (add 10 pounds of air every 2 weeks) which I think can be fixed by getting the rims polished (probably a different term).
The driver's side seat has a worn out leather panel. There are people who replace these panels and some that dye them. I've done neither yet.
Rear passenger wheel well has rust.
A few other dings and some scratches. I have touchup paint, but haven't applied it.
