2004 Suzuka Blue Honda S2000 AP2
2004 Honda S2000 Base Convertible 2-Door Description
Selling my 2004 Suzuka Blue Honda S2000.
Has 58,4xx miles. It has a clean title.
I bought the car as my dream car - being a full time father of three kids and working a full time job, I just wanted something that offered a little bit of escape on the weekends. Unfortunately, my age has caught up with me, and I can no longer get in and out of the car as easily because of my knees hurting. I am in no rush to sell the car, so I am looking to get a fair price for what she is worth.
History:When I bought the car in Fall of 2012, I noticed that the VIN sticker was missing from the trunk lid. Besides that, the rest of the VIN stickers matched on the car, so I was satisfied that it had been taken care of and not wrecked when I bought it. I have changed the oil every 3000 miles and I run Mobil 1 Full synthetic oil. Just replaced all fluids (transmission, clutch, brake, rear differential - all fluids bought from my local Honda dealership), brakes and rotors were replaced with ceramic brakes and drilled and slotted rotors, and new front tires. Everything is stock, except for a cold air intake, spoiler added on, and radio switched out by the previous owner. I bought it at 42,300 miles in 2012 - I use the car only on weekends during good weather (and there is almost always good weather in Texas). I never drive during the extreme cold, or when it begins to rain. I always keep it parked in my garage.
Despite being as careful as I can with my special car, I was involved in a minor rear ending accident. The other driver hit the right tail light and bumper cover. It was a bit of a heart break, but I had it professionally checked at the body shop when parts were getting replaced and working with the insurance, and there was no frame damage. The body shop owner and insurance agent both checked and verified that the damage was only cosmetic. The rear bumper and right tail light were replaced, and the trunk lid and right quarter panel were repainted to blend the paint.
The front bumper cover when bought was a slightly different shade from the rest of the car. The dealer said the previous owner had it painted because of some scratched and rock chips that happened. Currently, the front bumper has some scuffs underneath because the car sits low and some rock chips - all normal wear and tear.
The interior is pristine. The driver's leather seat has some normal wear and tear, but is still in excellent condition.
