1995 Honda Del Sol VTEC Description

Up for sale is my daily driven 1995 Honda del Sol VTEC. This is a true EG2 car, meaning it came stock with Honda's B16A3 engine, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, driver and passenger airbags (not affected by recalls), air conditioning, power steering, front strut tower bar, and front/rear sway bars. Fewer than 7,000 VTEC trim del Sols were sold from 1994-1997. This one has no rust or history of rust repair. It still has the original engine and 5-speed manual transmission.
The previous owner had the timing belt, accessory belts, power steering pump, and VTEC oil seals replaced in 2008 when the car had ~126k miles on it. He also had it repainted the stock Milano Red at some point--it has some cracking on the front bumper near the driver's side headlights and the on the bottom left corner near the license plate. The driver's side door arm rest is torn, which is a very common issue in these cars. The bolster closest to the door on the driver's side had a couple holes in it. The starter needs to be repacked with grease. The timing belt tensioner may need replaced or adjusted. The engine and transmission mounts are tired and could use replacing. There is a slight leak by the leading edge of the passenger window (needs adjusted up, not a bad weatherstrip) and the middle of the rear window (only occurs during automated car washes).
Since I've owned it I've:Installed a custom black velour dash matInstalled a PLM Toda-replica 4-2-1 header, 2.5" cat, and Tanabe Medalion Touring exhaustPurchased General Altimax winter tires (only used winter of '14-'15)Purchased Falken Sincera all-season tires (currently mounted, <2k miles on them)Installed Centric premium blank rotors with Hawk HPS Performance brake padsInstalled NOS OEM mud guardsInstalled new "del Sol" and "DOHC VTEC" rear decalsInstalled a new battery in early 2016--In addition to all the maintenance I've had done.
I am also including two Volk TE37s (white, 14x5, +50) and two Civic HX wheels (14x5.5, +45). These have Falken RT-615K summer tires installed that have under 1k miles on them (only used from July to October this year). I also have a number of miscellaneous extras that could go with the new owner if desired, including the full stock exhaust (muffler has a small hole). Carfax is clean and indicates that I am the second owner (I can provide it for any interested parties). I've had it for a little over two years (bought it at 148k miles); the previous owner had it for seven. I'm only selling the car because I'm having my first child in a few months and the idea of putting an infant seat in a del Sol is horrifying.
