2012 Honda Civic Description

Up for sale is my 2012 Honda Civic EX coupe. The car currently has 44,048 miles on it which are mostly highway miles but it will be going up as it is my daily driver. The reason that I am selling this car is that I would like to get a manual car instead.
The car is all stock except for the tinted windows (35% in the front and 20% in the rear) and also an aftermarket remote starter/alarm system in which you can start the car from the comfort of your own home (perfect for those cold winter days, or those hot humid days!). I've taken very well care of this car and all the proper maintenance has been performed and everything is up to date. This car has never been smoked in and the interior is in excellent condition. The exterior is in great condition as well, there are no big scratches or dents or anything like that/
I have the title in hand and and I also have two keys for the car. I am willing to negotiate, but no low ballers please!
