Selling my 2005 Honda Civic SI (EP3), I just purchased a TSX and the Civic isnt being driven much now.ORIGINAL WINDOW STICKER INCLUDED

I bought it from the original owner who maintained the car in perfect condition.
Everything works as it should.
Drives and shifts perfect. Easy to use clutch.
Oil change at 89,000.
Interior is excellent for a 11 year old car.
No tears or rips, Shift knob and steering wheel have been maintained in excellent condition.
1st owner installed manual seat belts. I have purchased a pair of rsx (exact match) retractable seat belts that can be swapped on which will come with the car.
Exterior looks amazing. The paint shines with NO clear coat fade! there is very minor rock chips on hood from highway driving. There is 2 minor dents on the car. Both on the drivers door (see pics) due to careless people. Under carriage is spotless! Engine bay is spotless.
Light Mods (from 1st owner):
K&N ram air,
Tanabe upper strut tower,
DC Sport catback exhaust, I had a eBay dual muffler tip welded on. Gives a better look (in my opinion) AND makes it quiet. Muffle ID = 2.5inches.
