1996 Honda Accord Description

LX edition, 162,000 miles, stick shift, new rear tires.
Runs great.
One owner, until I got it last year. I have all the maintenance paperwork.
Issues:
The O2 sensor is broken and sets off the check engine light.
Currently needs front two tires.
It leaks water into the trunk and rear right passenger seat.
The turn signal makes a noise when it's cold.
Estimated $1734 on BlueBook: I took off $200+ for tires, etc.
