To answer questions: Excellent condition means that the body, drive train, and cosmetics are all excellent. The car was only driven locally, in town only, not highway. The hood has no stone chips, the windshield has no chips or cracks. These are things that you see on a higher mileage car that has been driven on the highway. The exhaust pipes look new. Thus it was not driven when there was snow and possibly brine or salt on the road. No RUST. There are no issues. The timing belt was just replaced so that the next owner could enjoy years of driving pleasure knowing that the timing belt is new. Please read the listing. I think everything that you need to know is already there. Compare this to a one year old Civic with the same 19K miles. This is that nice.
