Carfax as of 4/14/2017 shows 1 owner and 1 accident very minor damage

Interior relatively clean

Started up and drove around lot at time of photos

Vehicle may have other worn parts - inspection ended when bad transmission was found

Bad transmission - needs repair or replacement

May have other issues related to the bad transmission

Power rear doors seem to work

Vehicle cannot be driven home due to transmission issue

Idle throttle goes up and down until shifted into a gear

For unforeseen reasons the vehicle may need to be towed home

Must have insurance on vehicle to tow home or drive home

No allowance will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. The Seller, RiverTown Honda, assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

The Winning Bidder must contact us by phone within 24 hours of the close of the auction and make arrangements for payment at that time.

If no contact is made within 24 hours, RiverTown reserves the right to relist the vehicle.

If full payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to relist the vehicle and keep any deposit.

All vehicles are delivered with 1 key unless otherwise noted. As these are Pre-Owned vehicles, they have chips, dings, scratches and other imperfections not in the description.

We can only complete paperwork at our location in Grandville, Michigan. The vehicle title will be mailed 10-14 business days after the transaction is complete. The Title will be transferred into your name or business prior to being mailed, no exceptions.

ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. All bids are subject to a Documentation Fee and corresponding State Sales Tax and Title/Registration Fees.

A 5% Documentary Fee (This fee is equal to 5% of the final sale price, but will not exceed $210) will be collected on every sale.
