If your state does not accept Bill of Sale with no/lost Title, you may need to do a Bonded Title on it in addition to my Bill of Sale. You need to check with your local DMV. I've bought/sold cars with no Title and Bill of Sale only in other States. The laws vary by State.

This car belonged to my deceased mother. She died without a will and the title was lost by my father (who is also now deceased) after she died. I automatically inherited the car. It was last registered in the State of Florida up until late 2015. My father always kept the car tagged/plated, even though he had others. Since then it's pretty much sat, which helped keep the mileage low for the age. It was routinely driven though, and had proper maintenance/service like oil changes every 3K miles and/or 6 months.
POSITIVES:
It doesn't look like much, but this is a great little car. Awesome gas mileage, still has a peppy engine & transmission, rides smooth, handles like its on rails (due to light weight and low center of gravity), has a COLD A/C and HOT HEATER, and will get you to where you need to go safely with the dual airbags and dual side airbags. It went on a 2-week trip from Florida to Utah/Colorado back in 2013 without a hiccup. Ithandled the Continental Divide in the Rocky Mountains with ease.This car has always been reliable. It will do 110mph on the Interstate no problem.
Since 2012 its had a ton of work done to it with over $1,200 spent! Stuff you don't have to worry about!

DISCLOSURES:
The A/C belt currently whines. It needs to be tightened. The windshield has a few big cracks, its needs to be replaced. To err on the side of caution, I wouldn't drive this car for another 30K miles tops without replacing the Timing Belt. The Hyundai dealer quoted $425 for this. A local repair shop near you could do it cheaper. If I have these repairs done myself, the price of the car is going way up.
The paint is in rough shape, she's a 20 footer and 11+ years old now. Many scrapes, dings, and a few small dents. Asian manufacturers aren't known for their Clear Coat techniques, and this one is showing it. You don't really see any 'peel' in the clear coat (like you do in Toyota's and Nissan) because of the color of the car, but if you rub it with your hand in spots (tops of fenders & roof) you can feel the clear coat is gone. In some areas its still smooth. The seats & headliner are stained, but not worn. No rips, tears, loose seams. Carpet is decent, no floor mats. Fabric on the upper door panels is coming loose. Needs new spray adhesive. The driver's inside door handle has cracked, needs to be replaced as its tricky to operate. The rear brake light works but shroud is broken. Has automatic windows, but locks are manual. They can be controlled from key in the door.
Trunk is clean. All electronics/lights work except the clock (its intermittent), wheels and hubcaps could stand to be replaced, radio works but speakers are nothing special. Comes with both keys and owner's manual. Spare tire and tools are in trunk, never used. This car is for getting from Point A to Point B.
I have a Clean Carfax that shows NO Loan/Lien after 07/2011 to help ease the potential buyer. You can also run the VIN and Carfax yourself to verify. Florida car all its life, never seen snow/salt. No Rust.
