Manufactured 7 July 1959 and shipped to Jaguar Cars, New York on 23 July for onward shipment to California where it has spent its entire life and as such is totally rust free and has matching numbers. The car underwent a complete restoration in the USA and is still in concours condition having covered only a minimal mileage. The restoration of this rust free car was exceptionally well executed resulting in a car that will give years of pleasure to the new owner. The interior is superbly trimmed in luxurious red leather and has been enhanced with a period Moto-Lita steering wheel. In addition, lap seat belts are fitted as a safety measure. During the restoration the car has been upgraded with a custom air conditioning system designed for Jaguar car of this period. This, coupled with the silky smooth Borg-Warner automatic transmission make this XK150 an easy to drive, excellent cruising car in any climate. The exterior is further enhanced with chrome wire wheels and brand new Blockley radial tyres, which make an excellent contrast with the white paint work.
