2001 Jaguar Other 4dr Sedan Description

Mileage is 164,218.
I have posted the AutoCheck report at this link.
I bought this car at auction in 2014 and I have put about 25,000 miles on it, getting a lot of pleasure out of driving it with minor repairs along the way. The car is a lot of fun to drive - smooth handling, GPS, excellent stereo system with 6 CDs (British style - in the trunk), warming seats, beeping sensor for approaching obstacle in the back, moon roof, dual-climate control, lots of power under the hood. . .
All 2 back tires are deep-thread winter tires tires are practically new - the front all-season CONTINENTAL with a lot of life left in them..
Lately the car has started showing its age and a to-do list of things to take care has shaped up, so I have decided to sell it to someone who hopefully knows how to bring it into tip-top shape again. (I am NOT that person!)
The car starts up and can be driven but it has no insurance and no registration, so it will need to be towed away from my driveway in Bergen County, NJ, zip code 07603.
Below is the list of all things I know need to be fixed:
* Engine light occasionally lights on; computer check indicates a failing catalytic converter.
* Engine needs tune-up.
* Front bumper is loose and needs to be professionally reattached.
* The driver's door power window does not work - pulls the window only downwards.
* Body imperfections as seen in the images.
* Also as seen: the upholstery fabric in the cabin is coming off and has been less than professionally stapled by me in multiple spots.
* There is a minute power drain somewhere in the car circuitry which causes battery drain in winter overnight parking (permanent dashboard warning TRUNK AJAR indicates a sensor malfunctioning); I have installed a circuit breaker on the battery (seen in one of the images) which I have used in wintertime.
* The hand brake does not lock in its upwards position - I never had the need to repair it, instead using the parking transmission position without fault.
