2001 4.0 S-Type in good condition, 107,000 miles, runs excellent, shifts great, drives well,

hot heat, cold AC, 6 disc CD changer in the trunk.

4 liter V8, 280 horsepower, aluminum block and heads, dual overhead camshafts, variable valve timing, and drive by wire throttle, this car is quick and very fun to drive.

Interior is cream colored leather and is in good condition. There is minor wear on the driver’s seat as shown in the photos. All the glass is in good condition. No check engine lights. New Brembo rotors on the front and new pads. Body is in very good condition, there is a slight wrinkle in the lower drivers doors that is not very noticeable – it looks like a previous owner opened the door into a gas station post or something similar. The paint is in good condition and has a good shine to it. There are no leaks what so ever from the engine or transmission.

The cassette player does not work, and the rear back-up safety sensors do not work, other than those two items everything else works great. The tires are still okay but they are getting towards the end of their life. There is a replacement VIN plate located in the drivers door pillar. The original VIN plate was damaged by a heavy handed glass shop during a windshield replacement. This is not a salvage VIN, it is a clear VIN and title, but if you are not comfortable with this replacement VIN plate then please do not bid in this car.
