The superb 300 Horsepower 4.2 V8 mated to a 6 speed ZF transmission features here which gives more power and better MPG than the previous 4.0 V8. (high 20s is what I received in a similar car over an 1100 mile highway trip recently). The 4.2 Liter XK8 is the one to own. An absolute pleasure. This car has been inspected and found to be mechanically and electronically sound. This car is in clean condition throughout. This Jaguar has a complete clean Carfax history. The paintwork is in great shape. The engine and transmission are strong and all electrical components, including the convertible top operate as they should. The convertible top itself is in excellent condition. The car has a Flowmaster exhaust system installed. This gives it a little more of a subtle growl over stock, though by no means obtrusive, and still very 'Jaguar'!!!
