2000 Jeep Cherokee Description

Up for sale is a great shape Jeep Cherokee that has been in our family since 2001. Very clean and well taken care of! It has been owned by a mechanic since 2001 and recently had a bunch of work done to it and will serve the next owner well for years and years to come. Recently it has had all the following work done:

• Engine was refreshed 5,000 miles ago- New top end, new cam and crank bearings.
• Transmission replaced at 120,000 miles
• Transfer case was replaced at 130,000 miles
• Rear differential rebuilt at 100,000 miles
• Inspected til Feb 2017
• New brakes and rotors done at inspection
• New headliner
• New battery
• New front shocks
• New RH lower ball joint

The car has served our family well for all these years and we know first hand the longevity of the jeep brand. We've owned Wranglers, Cherokees and a Liberty. The last Cherokee we had was problem free until we sold it at 380,000 miles. They are great vehicles and with proper maintenance and care will last for many years to come. The current tires are getting older and will soon need to be replaced, they have great tread however they are starting to show signs of age. Sold as-is, where is.
