1988 Jeep Wagoneer Base Sport Utility 4-Door Description

This Wagoneer came out of Arizona, so it has a practically rust free undercarriage. It's in great condition considering the mileage, and is a great base for a full restoration, or a daily driver.
The good:-new cat-new rebuilt carb (comes with a second carb as well)-Tires in great condition with great tread-Power locks and windows work (rear window needs some negotiating, but the motor pushes the window up and down)-Practically no rust-Edelbrock Performer intakea lot of the vacuum lines/smog things have been eliminated (previous owner)-starts up great-heater works and AC blows, but needs a recharge-body is straight with no wrecks as far as I know
The bad:-215,000 miles so the engine is a little tired, but runs fine-paint is a little tired as well with clear coat fading on the surface in spots-wood paneling fading in spots and on the rear tailgate-AC blows cool, but not cold-4 Wheel Drive worked last year, but recently isn't engaging. (I think it's a vacuum hose somewhere that I need to trace down)-headliner sags a little in spots-some of the door handles aren't on it, but I have a box of spare parts, and I think I have everything complete.-The previous owner had the wrong seat belts for the rear bench seat, and I just haven't bothered to find replacements. My plan was to install shoulder belts for the rear seat, and I have some parts for that install, but it still needs a couple pieces to make it complete-The rear window needs help to roll up and down without "binding" on the track.-It's vapor locked on me twice on really hot days, and my plan was to put an electric fuel pump closer to the fuel tank to eliminate that issue, but I just haven't done it yet.-rust free undercarriage, but there is one small spot by the passenger door that has a little rust.
