1997 Jeep Cherokee 5 speed stick shift! Rare!!!

1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport Description

For sale is my Rare 1997 Jeep Cherokee 2 door 5 speed sport. I've owned the truck for 3 years and its never let me down. The only reason I am even considering selling it is due to the 2 door not being conducive to loading my ever expanding family in the back seat. It took me 6 months to find a stick shift 2 door XJ. and I have a feeling i'm going to kick myself for selling it at some point, but I have too many vehicles laying around. It currently has 177,000 miles or so on it. This is the second 4.0 Cherokee I've owned....and they are legendary for their reliability and off road capability.
-New Water Pump
-New Alternator
-New Radiator Hoses
-Kenwood CD Player
-New Sway bar end links
-Shocks replaced last year
-All 4 Ball joints replaced last year
-New brake pads in the box (should be installed by the time it sells, not sure if it needs them, but i have them sitting around)
-Transmission Fluid Changed in the last 3 years
-T-case Fluid changed in the last three years
-Battery 2-3 years old
-New Wiper Blades
-Tires are decent
-Replaced Muffler and Tailpipe Last Year
-Faded fender flares repainted with black bumper paint
What it needs
-Transmission will occasionally grind reverse....it's occasionally done it since i bought it, when going from 4th to reverse it does not, so i just do that most of the time
-Paint fallout/clear coat peeling on the hood......its the 20 year old stock jeep paint. Half considered just rhino lining the outside of it and calling it a day
-Headliner is falling down
-Front pinion seal leaks....have the seal and cover gasket for a fluid change....just haven't done it yet
-Rear Wiper Doesn't work......not that it was useful when it did anyway.....I'm assuming its a fuse
-Minor rust starting in some areas
Its a 20 year old truck, there may be some other minor things I'm forgetting. But its a great reliable daily driver....or a capable truck to build a trail rig out of. If it doesn't sell i may do just that.....but its way down on the project list
*The inspection ran out in November but I was driving it everyday up until a few weeks ago when i bought a slightly newer 4 door truck. My goal is to get it inspected before the sale if I get time.
Might be willing to look at trades as well. Muscle car/race car related.....Really interested in a rollback, Possibly a decent farm tractor(farmall, john deere, allis chalmers ect.)
