Selling a 2012 Jeep Patriot 2.4L 4 door 4WD 4x4 with manual 5 speed stick shift transmission in good condition with only 63,400 miles. REBUILT SALVAGE TITLE. Please read the entire description, look at the pictures and determine how much repair it needs and what it's value is before you bid. The description below is a list of things done to get it roadworthy, and a list of things I know it still needs.It is by no means supposed to be a repair estimate.
Good things:Has cold A/C, power windows locks and mirrors with defrost. New brakes, the tires only have 9,000 miles on them, fresh fluids. Ready to jump in and drive home!I personal have driven it over 5000 miles in the last month. It runs and drive great.
Maintenance is up to date...I just replaced brake pads and had the rotors turned.I also just replaced the front ball joints, lower A arms and inner and outer tie rods. It also had an alignment.
The only mechanical issue I found is a light rubbing buzzing noise on a left hand turn, Not sure where it is coming from.

Body:It needs the rocker and door repaired...The rocker was pulled out with a slide hammer so that the rear door would seal up until it was repaired.I have both a rocker panel inner and outer cutI have a color matched door.The replacement door has a scratch at the top but is otherwise ready to install with the new rocker.One small bend where the door back door meets the rocker.A dollar bill sized section of the roof that has minor damage.I also have included a used oem plastic rocker trim to mount after the rocker repair.I sprayed all bare metal with clear plasti-dip to keep the parts from rusting.Drivers side seatbelt works but needs reset.
Has been inspected by the Ohio Highway patrol and issued a REBUILT SALVAGE TITLE! That means it can be legally licensed in Ohio and other states. You can do the repairs or drive it as-is if you wish.
