2001 JEEP CHEROKEE XJ 60TH ANNIVERSARY- 4X4 -4.0L 6-Cylinder - Automatic - A/C-137,000 MI -PURCHASED FROM ORIGINAL OWNER
I bought this one owner Jeep for my son from a dealer in Connecticut. It was keep at the original owners winter home and only used when they were there which is why the miles are low. Everything works, power windows, air conditioner, lights, turn signals, radio (front speakers do not), key-less remote. Just passed California Smog which is a very stringent process. Jeep starts right up and runs and shifts very well.
The 60th Anniversary XJ was only made in 2001 came in black and silver; only 5,157 60th Anniversary edition XJs were made.

I just had the front calipers replaced and a new steering dampener installed; front and rear brakes are at 80%. Tires are in good condition, the spare tire and rim are brand new. Jeep has its original owners manual.
The paint looks good especially after I just had a complete detail done. The hood and roof has some checking and doesn't look great but overall the Jeep looks pretty amazing. I am selling because while we were waiting for the Jeep to get here; my sons friend decided to sell his Toyota 4 Runner. This is what my son really wanted but I have always preferred Jeep. There are a few dents in the hood, door dings, dent on roof above the passenger side where like a stick fell on it. It has undercarriage surface rust; when they installed the brake calipers they had to soak in PB Blaster.
Jeep has a current CA Smog, receipts for $800 worth of work performed at Independent Jeep Shop and I just spent $200 for a complete detail
I know this is a very low price; especially for a 60th Anniversary 4x4 with low miles; if it were originally from California it would be selling for a lot more. But it is an original owner, unmolested, completely stock Jeep. Just looking to get the money I have into it and pass along a good deal to someone.
