2008 Jeep Wrangler Description

Up for sale is my 2008 Jeep Wrangler two door. This is one of the most custom Jeep's you will find, and it works flawlessly. The suspension cycles 100% with no rubbing or binding. Wheelbase is right at 103". I am the original owner on this Jeep. It started life as an X model, but now has everything and then some of a Rubicon. It is a 6 speed manual, with cold A/C, and 43,XXX miles. The Jeep is in great condition, and has been meticulously maintained. It needs nothing. Clear Ohio title and no rust. No check engine lights,only the seatbelt light is on due to the harnesses. Was just at dealership for all recall updates. Runs and drives better than factory down the highway. Located in Chardon, OH. NO TRADES.
Suspension:
-Custom three link front using Currie Johnny Joints on the lowers and rod ends on the uppers. Lower links are 2"x0.25" DOM tubing. Upper link is 1.5"x 0.25" wall. Suspension uses Rock Krawler frame mounts. Currie AntiRock Swaybar. Front is stretched 3".
-Rock Krawler front trackbar with new ends.
-Rear suspension is a double triangulated four link with 2"x0.25" DOM links, Johnny Joints on lowers, and Ruff Stuff heims on uppers. Rear is stretched 4", and rear shocks are outboarded and frenched into the frame rails. Currie Antirock Swaybar.
-Shocks are Fox 2.0x 14" coilovers all around with tender coils and Eibach Springs.
-Bumpstops are FOA air bumps internally set at 2" travel.
Driveline:
Front Axle: Dana 44 Rubicon axle was purchased as a new crate axle 6k miles ago. Axle has Synergy sleeves, Artec Truss and raised tracbar bracket, RCV shafts, cryo treated Yukon 5.13 gears, and the factory electronic locking differential. Reid high steer knuckles, Blue Torch Fab Diff Cover, brand new unit bearings, Synergy Ball Joints, and 1" wheel spacers complete this axle.
Rear Axle: Dana 44 Rubicon axle was purchased as a new crate axle 6k miles ago. Axle has G2 shafts with warranty that includes flanges, Artec Truss, Blue Torch Fab diff cover, cryo treated Yukon 5.13 gears, and the factory electronic locking differential. 1.75" wheel spacers.
Transfer Case: Rubicon case swapped in 3k miles ago. Teraflex 2wd low range kit was added to give added capability. All fluids changed regularly. Custom transfer case mounted emergency brake was added using a Wilwood mechanical spot caliper, and Lokar handle and cable.
Driveshafts: Front and rear Adams 1310 shafts.
Steering:
-Synergy drag link and tie rod with brand new ends.
-PSC Hydro 1.5"x6.75" ram with KRC adjustable pump, fin style cooler, aluminum KRC reservoir, and Parker Super Tough cover hoses with Cordura abrasion sleeving for extra protection. Extra hoses for trail repairs included as well.
Armor
-Custom rear Poison Spyder corner armor with custom stretch and custom tube fender welded to armor.
-Custom Front tube fenders made from 1.25" DOM tubing and 14ga steel fully welded and powdercoated.
-Poison Spyder lower body armor.
-Smittybilt Rock rails
-Victory 4x4 Blitz front and rear frame chop bumpers.
-Custom skid plates and crossmembers for near flat belly clearance.
-Custom half doors that accept Rugged Ridge or Bestop uppers. Rugged Ridge uppers included. Complete interior panels that match to seats. Outer skin is 1/8". Factory full doors are included as well.
-Custom complete roll cage: 1.75"x.120" DOM tubing. Dash bars are 1.5"x.120 wall. Tied to frame using poly mounts. Complete cage is able to unbolt and remove. Removable rear bar has Hi-lift mount, and harness bar is hinged on a gas strut for rear seat access. Factory Soft Top works with cage.
Interior:
-Mastercraft Baja RS reclining suspension seats and PRP 4.2 harnesses
-Raptor Liner on tub
-Polk Marine rated speakers- 4.5" in dash and 6.5" in custom steel cans welded to tub.
-Custom switch panel.
-JMG designs rear tailgate organizer
-L Track in rear area for tie down points
Lighting:
-Truck Lite LED front headlights
-LED tail lights, reverse lights, turn signals, rock lights, interior lights, and windshield lights
Tires and Wheels
-Interco IROK bias ply tires. 37x14x17. Only about 2k miles on them, but several offroad trips
-Hutchinson Rock Monster DOT beadlock wheels. Some rock rash on edges
-Spare is a Radial 37" Irok, on brand new matching Hutchinson wheel. Can mount in back when rear seat is out.

-Custom rear cooler rack that is removable with built in license plate frame. Rack can rotate 180deg to put cooler over tailgate for when the top is off. Rack holds an Igloo Playmate cooler.
-3 Gallon rear rotopax can with locking mount.
-Hidden keyed ignition cut off switch.
-Under seat lock box
