1999 Jeep Cherokee Description

Up for sale is a 1999 Jeep Cherokee XJ. This XJ is in outstanding condition for its year! This is a rare 5 speed manual transmission that is a ton of fun to drive. The Jeep has many extra aftermarket additions. It has an upgraded 3” suspension lift from Skyjacker including, new leaf springs in the rear and coil springs in the front along with hydro shocks. It has 30” Yokohama Geolander A/T-S tires on aftermarket rims from Cragar. There is a factory roof rack that fits most of the accessories available from companies such as Thule and Yakima. The Jeep also has a new Curt Class III receiver and 2” ball with a standard 4 pin trailer wiring harness. The engine includes a K&N High Performance replacement air filter. The interior of the Jeep is very clean and has an aftermarket CD/AUX/MP3 headunit from Kenwood along with aftermarket speakers in the front and rear. The A/C blows cold and the heater works well. The 4 wheel drive works great and the Jeep lives up to its off-road status. The Cherokee is known for its basically bulletproof inline 6 cylinder, 4 liter engine and it has been running strong. Along with all this good I should mention the few things that come with owning an older vehicle. The rear liftgate latch is finicky and is often difficult to open though this is a common problem with Jeeps of this vintage. The rear passenger side door is also a bit finicky but does open with a trick. The rear passenger quarter panel is dented from when the vehicle was rear-ended before I owned it(see the pictures). The title is clear and there is no other damage to the vehicle from this incident. The odometer reading for the Jeep is 248,XXX. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the vehicle, I have loved driving it for the nearly 9 years that I have owned it.
