1998 Jeep Cherokee Classic ~195k miles 6 cylinder 4.0 L 2 (TWO) WHEEL DRIVE Automatic transmission cold AC new headlights Always kept up with oil changes & other routine maintenance. -have log book of all work done since 129,000 mi. Minor rust on body, hood, & roof. Rocker panel is rippled on driver side due to someone backing into the car, but this has been a non-issue as far as letting moisture or anything inside the vehicle. Seal around windshield removed, but no issues for wind/wet/weather getting in around windshield. Headliner fabric removed. Has some minor issues with fuel tank that will occasionally (~1x/mo) cause gauge to read incorrectly, usually around 280-300 mi. per tank. Lose connection to display panel gauges; approx 1x/mo gauges will not work properly. Will start working again usually within 24 hrs. Has check engine light - all error codes are scannable at your local auto store. Here are the codes from Auto Zone: P0441 P0463 P1494 Oil pressure sensor broken but fixable. (~$40) Has tow package equipped All maintenance records available. Oil changes done on time and done using synthetic oil. Brake pads recently changed. Tires put on ~1.5 years ago. Kelley Blue Book is $1955 for FAIR condition and $2309 for GOOD condition.
