1998 Jeep Cherokee Description

Up for grabs is a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4. I received this Cherokee as a partial trade an I will do my best to describe the vehicle. I will start by listing all the known defects I know of and what my local mechanic found.
1. Jeep has a NM Salvage title I have Carfax on hand it was reported stolen in 2006 from Tucson AZ and insurance paid for total loss and then Jeep was recovered. (never wrecked to receive salvage title).
2. Power Steering pump is not pumping so I would assume it needs to be replaced . (feels like manual steering when driving)
3. Mechanic said brakes will need replaced in the near future and it is leaking oil from rear main seal and rear diff could use a new gasket .
4. Mechanic also noticed a small Trans cooler line by radiator to be leaking.
5. When vehicle was scanned for codes the following were reported : P0122, P0443, P0700, P0123.
6. Ignition Switch may need replaced sometimes you have to hit key to get key to turn in the ignition.
7. Missing one center cap on left rear wheel and front left wheel does have a good size curb scratch.
8. Thre are small scratches- small dents on jeep in several spots .(NO HAIL DAMAGE)
9. No radio and power window switch for passenger front window is not working works from drivers switch also power seat will not move forward or backwards all other functions work .
10. Drivers side seat has tears an shows wear on small rip on drivers side sun visor and cruise control is not working .
Now for the good things:
1. Jeep has NO RUST OR ROT has been in AZ and NM its entire life. Paint still looks good for being a 1998 .
2. Jeep drives straight and is quiet
3. COLD A/C and hot heat
4. Newer Goodyear tires and battery
5. All glass is good no cracks.
6. All lights work except fog lights
This Jeep stills looks great just needs some work as mentioned .
