1982 Land Rover Defender Defender Series 3 Description

Frame on restoration. This vehicle spent its life in England on an airfield and the mileage is just 36,500 ORIGINAL miles. The restoration started with mechanical work, new paint, new tires and wheels, new custom interior, new canvas top and new lights. All materials used for the interior are marine grade carpet and vinyl. This 4 cylinder - 4 speed with rare optional over-drive performs well. There are no shakes, shimmies, rattles or vibrations. I purchased the Vehicle in April 2013 and have not driven it because of medical issues, however I have maintained it with new belts, plugs, points etc...
