2002 Maserati Spyder Description

We're extremely excited and proud to offer this MUSEUM QUALITY 2002 Maserati Spyder GT M138 (in BLU NETTUNO MET) with under 14,000 miles!! This an Accident-Free and Two-Owner Maserati. Vehicle History report is included with this listing. Now and then we get to list vehicles with a unique history and value, this Maserati is certainly one such remarkable example. It is literally in like-new condition and still has that new car scent as well! Due to it’s remarkably low miles, all I can add is that mechanically this Maserati is in SUPERB condition & very tight all around. Engine feels smooth and powerful (engine sound is very sexy too); steering is aligned tight and centered; disk brakes are linear and very responsive; firm suspension, factory air conditioning blows cold as well. Electric top is fully functional and in new condition. Just a few extras to mention are: factory windbreaker with carry-on case, complete and untouched tool case, tire-emergency kit, satellite radio, (2) remote key fobs and (1) Valet fob, owner's manual & assorted original literature, the likes of which I have not seen before (for example, some of these print sample are catalogs of beauty shots). Michelin tires are also in near new condition. Once again, cosmetically this Spyder is in like new condition, exterior paint shines like new and it's truly breathtaking (please take the time to look over our HD photos as they are part of our description)! Other information: For those that were not aware, Ferrari exclusively designed these Maserati’s (from 2001 to 2007) as an reintroduction to the auto market and are credited for their current success. Unlike today's Maserati, the Coupe and the Spyder models have 100% Ferrari engines (F136 R V8; it displaces 4244 cc engine and develops 390 PS at 7000 rpm) and drive line. In other words, this is like driving a Ferrari at down-to-earth prices! This is the 9th one listed so we have come to know and appreciate them quite well. Performance and enjoyment is off the charts. Reliability is also one of its great points partly due to the fact that the engine is not complicated, no turbos, or supercharges, timing chain motor (not belt), etc. -- just raw normal-aspirated horsepower! I have come to know these cars very well and I can state with clarity that these Maseratis are an incredible value! In conclusion, the feeling and enjoyment that driving a Maserati produces is unparalleled and should not be missed in one’s lifetime! In my opinion, this is a lot of car with serious super-car performance for the money and a great opportunity to experience a civilized, yet truly exotic car that can be driven dally to your local supermarket just to buy milk! Feel free to call to see or drive this great car! 727.748.5602
