1996 Mazda MX-5 Miata Description

This buddy of mine has been carrying me for the past year around the bay area.
Being a student, I have exhausted my limited finances into paying that mechanic, which I hope to get refunded. I have zero money to fix this car at this point.
Water Pump is missing 3 Bolts
Water Pump Belt snapped off
Big Oil Leak from Oil pan gasket
Cosmetic issues:
Front Left Fender has a dent
Right Door has a dent/scratch pretty deep in
All Four wheels have curb rashes (Painted with BBS Gold paint)
Left Rear wheel has a big cut through the metal. Doesn't affect the functionality.
Soft top has a rip on center top(Did a quick fix with strong tent tape & a Miata decal, has served fine for a year)
The front bumper (under the bra) has considerable paint damage, but is covered completely by the bra
