Finished in unique light teat green metallic over tan leather hides, this three-owner ALWAYS California car has been driven an average of about 10,000 miles per year since new.I am selling it, along with other Benzes in my little collection. It features a strong running 5.0 liter V8 engine mated to the factory automatic transmission, original electric canvas soft top, factory hard top, chrome factory alloy wheels, cold air conditioning, This 1999 SL is being offered at a low reserve and buy it now with clean and clear original California "rainbow" title.

THE BODY AND TRIM
The exterior of this SL is in fair to good 99.9% rust-free condition overall. I would call this car a presentable "ten-footer" that, upon closer inspection, shows various, nicks, faded sports, light scratches and scrapes along with some curb rash on the alloy wheels, light wear and tear on the canvas temishes. op, tears in the wind screen and other miscellaneous light cosmetic blemishes. This is NOT a concourse example!

THE INTERIOR
As I hope is articulated in the photos here, the interior of this car is in FAIR original condition overall. The a/c blows cold, all of the gauges, lights and blinkers work as do the electric windows and convertible top. The stereo needs a code, the driver seat is quite tattered with a chunk missing from the left side bolster.

THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE
This 1999 SL500 starts well with strong running engine, good shifting transmission and solid braking and steering. The suspension seems fairly worn and the car needs a new radiator so can only be driven short distances.
