2001 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Description

For sale my Mercedes S600 V12 2001, I just did some major services late last year & early this year. I list them out as below:
1) New drive belt.
2) Two new idlers for drive belt.
3) New drive belt tensioner.
4) New coolant reservoir.
5) New coolant reservoir cap.
6) New coolant reservoir hoses & camps to radiator.
7) New left rear seat control panel
8) 2 new engine air filters.
9) New cabin air filter.
10) New windshield wipers.
11) 2 New front left & right lower control arms
12) 2 new front left & right main control arms
13) 2 new front lower ball joints
13) 2 new left & right front wheel inner & outer bearings
14) 2 new front left & right genuine ABS rings
15) 2 new front ABS speed sensors
16) 2 new front left & right genuine brake rotors
17) 2 new front left & right genuine brake pads
18) A new driver seat left lower corner panel
19) 2 new rear left & right genuine brake pads
20) New transmission mount

This top of the line Mercedes S600 is come with a adjustable rear seats & effective ABS brake system.
There are three issues so far did not fix :
1) SRS light is on. After diagnostic, Mercedes mechanic told me that it is due to the front passenger seat sensor is out of order (it is very common for W220 S sedan but not guarantee), the genuine sensor cost $350 approx. & after market cost $185 approx. on Ebay or from Amazon.
2) The driver door soft close does not work, mostly will be the actuator cover air leaking.(but not guarantee), Ebay selling for $79 approx.
3) Does not play CD.
It has some dint, scratches all around, and lightly engine oil leaking as most over ten years old car does.
