1993 Mercedes-Benz 190-Series 190e Description

Listed for sale is this 1993 Mercedes Benz 190 with only 80K original miles.The vehicle runs and drives, but does need some minor work and a little TLC.

Mechanically, the vehicle appears to be in good overall condition.The engine and transmission are fine.In addition, a water pump was recently installed along with a few other parts.However, it does need a fan clutch, which is been difficult to locate for the 2.3L engine.The vehicle will run hot when idle because of the bad fan clutch.However, if we locate one before the auction ends, I will update the listing.

The interior is in good condition.In fact, the seats, carpet, and panel areas look really good.All the windows and sunroof work, but the heat/AC are not.This could be something minor, but I haven’t looked into it.

The exterior is in average condition.There are a few minor scuffs/scratches, but dings or dents.However, the car was recently painted, but it wasn’t done well.If it were, I would have rated the exterior very good.

I’m selling the vehicle for an associate who purchased it to restore, but never got around to finishing it.Yes, it needs some minor work and TLC, but with only 80K miles, it’s more than worth it.
