Parkhaus1is pleased to offer for sale this immaculate 1993 Mercedes Benz 500E in classic Grey Mettalic over Black Leather. This is a beautiful example of a well cared for and completely stock 500E. A very special car, the 500E was the fastest sedan in the world during its production and was hand built in collaboration with Porsche. Performance engineering was injected into all aspects of the W124's systems. The body was enhanced with fender flares and a sportier front air dam and side skirts. The braking components were upgraded front as rear as well with a hydraulic suspension to promote comfort and road holding. The engine was massaged to produce 326 HP and in the stout W124chassis the car became a "Wolf in Sheep's Clothing". With approximately 1500 units ever imported to the USA, this is a rare opportunity to acquire one of the finest examples remaining. This car presents beautifully and is nearly a time capsule back to 1993! The exterior paint and trim are bright and fresh while the interior is pristine and nearly as new. This low mileage sports sedan has been owned by a collector for many years. It is has been garage kept and serviced religiously. The car operates very well with ice cold a/c, a fantastic sounding OEM stereo system and plenty of power from the V8. This 500E has no needs and is ready to be enjoyed by its next owner.
