FEES: Out of State Buyers

Out of state cash buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. All Out of State buyers are also charged a $199.50 Non-Negotiable documentation fee.

Taxes and Fees

In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our sales tax rate is 6% and our documentation fee is $199.50. All sales transactions must be completed within 3 days of auction close.

Deposit
