1976 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series Description

1976 Mercedes 240 D "that says it all"
Exterior: Original paint with the exception of the right fender, was dented in a parking lot and repaired and refinished. Paint overall looks great, the trunk lid does have some small crazing, as seen in the photos.
Interior: Seats are in good condition, driver seat has a small split on the seam of the butt cushion but only noticeable when you push down on the seat. The rear seat has a small tear about an 2 inches long on the driver side. Door panels are good the dash has a very small split center line but the gap is tight. Headliner is loose on the back pillars but not very noticeable. Heat works great, A/C needs the compressor replace, and all components are there. Car has rear defroster
Mechanics: Starts every time!!! Regardless of temp, this is a Push/ Pull start ignition. The car cruises at 70-80mph no problem. Trans shifts smoothly with no slipping!! I drive it everywhere no concerns. Have books and manuals
