This GL320 is a phenomenal, luxurious and spacious 3-row vehicle with full-time all-wheel drive that gets incredible miles-per-gallon (I’ve averaged as high as 30mpg at 60mph on extended trips with cruise control on and not using brakes) and often average 26mpg to 27mpg commuting in a city/highway mix. That beats the mpg ratings for large and medium-size luxury SUV hybrids!

This Mercedes is covered by a generous top-tier extended warranty until May 27, 2019 or 131,276 miles (whichever comes 1st). The warranty will be transferred and registered to the new owner at purchase. I will pay the $75 transfer fee, and we can meet at the local Ford dealership so I can file paperwork to transfer registration at the local Ford dealership, and you know that the transfer is complete and "on the books".

The extended warranty is thru FORD and is the FORD ESP PremiumCare Plan (for Competitive Make Vehicles) and has been a no-fuss money-saver for each of my Mercedes vehicles. This was a very expensive full-featured warranty (NOT a power-train only warranty) that covers over 2000+ items, including:

·Covers the emission system and components.

·Covers air suspension system and components

·Covers electrical system, wiring and components; including internal computers, navigation system, etc.

·Covers engine, transmission, steering & AWD systems.

·The items not covered (exclusions) are the basic wear-and-tear items (battery, glow plugs, brake pads, tires, hoses, bushings, exterior trim, etc.).

This Mercedes has been very well maintained with all factory recommended services performed and documented. As with all models and makes of vehicles, including complex luxury vehicles such as this GL320, certain items require repair/replacement near 100k miles. Most of the major wear-and-tear and warranty replacement items have already been done in the past year, including glow plugs, fuel filter, etc.

The value of the warranty coverage cannot be overstated as it has already covered $7k+ in warranty repairs for new motor-mount supports, front air suspension struts and rear air springs, air suspension compressor, air-conditioning compressor, etc. My out-of-pocket costs were two separate $100 deductibles.

This GL320 has the proven durable and powerful V6 3L turbo-diesel engine and smooth-shifting 7-speed transmission. I have not needed to utilize the tow capabilities of this GL320, so I don’t know the mpg expectation when towing a full-load tow. However, I can assure you that the engine has plenty of power and passes with ease (with very little throttle increase) going uphill at 80mph on a recent family trip thru Georgia.

This Mercedes has been well maintained and serviced. This GL320 has not been in an accident and comes with a clear title that will be transferred to you at purchase. You can purchase with no concerns and have full assurance because the Ford ESP PremiumCare warranty coverage exists on this vehicle, and Ford will NOT cover vehicles that were wrecked and assigned a rebuilt title or a salvaged title.

*Update* to address the "Autocheck" rating. There was *NO* odometer rollback on this vehicle, only a clerical/filing error made at a DMV re-registering title transfers between dealerships. I have *ALL* the MB service records (report from MBUSAdealerinternal database) from in-service date (1/29/2009) up until 69,920 miles on odometer. There are no gaps nor inconsistency in mileage and no possible odometer rollback. A brief summary of services performed by MB dealerships around the noted dates are:

• 7/05/2013 - mileage 57,506; MB dealer #31104; service; tires and multipoint inspection
• 12/20/2013 - mileage 61,203; MB dealer #31403; service; keyless remote battery change, etc.
• 5/31/2014 - mileage 66,433; MB dealer #31403; service; Adblue fill, oil check and add, etc.
• 7/11/2014 - mileage 67,039; MB dealer #30100; service; filler cap, oil change
• 9/30/2014 - mileage 69,920; MB dealer #30100; service; replace bulb, complimentary inspection, inspect customer concern
• THEREFORE, it appears that the Autocheck listed events on 11/22/2013 (90000 miles) & 4/18/2014 (61,296 miles dealership transfer transaction which should have read 66,296 miles as on the 3/14/2014 Corrected Title Event) were TYPOS made by various DMV's when registering title transfers.

• 12/26/2014 - 70,935 miles - I purchased vehicle from a trusted independent dealer (retired former owner of an MB dealership) that in retirement specialized as independent dealership acquiring off-lease Mercedes from MBUSA and one-owner trade-ins at MB dealerships. I was told I was the 2nd owner of the vehicle (1st owner was adoctorin Kentucky, as itappears must have leased vehicle then registered as taking ownership purchase after lease). Rest of title transfers were between MB dealerships up to 69,920 at MB dealership inWichita, KS to the independent dealer whom I purchased vehicle from.

Some final notes on exterior condition;

Bridgestone Dueler H/L 400 OEM Run Flat Tires were installed new by Discount Tire at 77k miles and have decent tread left. There are a few door-ding imprints on both sides, but not thru the paint. There are a few tiny paint chips on the front, consistent with a 7-year young vehicle.
