At the heart of the beast sits a handcrafted 5.5L biturbo V8 engine that combines spray-guided direct injection, turbocharging and an ECO Start/Stop system to raise your adrenaline levels, efficiently. Who said you can't have your cake and eat it too? The optional AMG Performance Package raises the stakes even higher - a clever 7-Speed AMG MCT Automatic channels 557 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque to a limited slip rear differential - rocketing to 60 mph in just 4.1 seconds the SL63 disappears into a cloud of smoke. Houdini fans rejoice.
