2001 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Description

Up for sale is my low mileage, lovingly and professionally maintained SL500. The car is in excellent condition and includes a car fax report with 3 registered owners, no accidents and a clear Indiana Title.

This 16 year old R129 still turns heads and is destined to become a classic and gain value.

Included in the sale are 3 car covers, one outdoor, one indoor and one indoor hard top cover. Wind screen and cover, 2 masterkeys (one new), owners manuals, a binder full of records and information dating back to 2004 (23,527 miles).

The interior is in excellent condition. No tears or odors in the upholstery or carpets (floor mats are like new). There is only minor wear on the driver seat. All gauges and electronics work as they should.

The exterior is in excellent condition. The paint is vibrant and has a lush shine. There are a few rock chips andcouple offine scratches. The 18" AMG wheels look amazing.

Themechanicals arein excellent condition. The engine compartment and underside are very clean and dry and perform like new.

Mechanically the recent inspection shows that the car is in need of anything in terms of service or repair. The only issue is that the soft top has a small section were the window seam is torn (see pic). In addition, the tires will need to be replaced in the next few thousand miles.
