2006 Mitsubishi Evolution Evolution IX Description

Up for sale is my 2006 Evo IX with under 92K miles on it. It has been a great car for me and an absolute blast to drive, but because of my job situation I am in need of a truck. The car is in extremely good shape mechanically, oil has always been changed between 3-4,000 miles with Mobile 1 Full Synthetic Oil. Brand new sumitomo tires were purchased for it all the way around at 86,000 miles from Belle Tire. Front rotors were turned and ceramic pads were replaced at 86,000 miles also.The interior is really clean with the exception of one small burn hole in the driver seat about half the size of a dime (was there when I purchased it) . Only modifications to the car is a Megan catback exhaust and HKS Blow off valve with hard upper intercooler pipe. The exterior has its flaws as noted in the above condition description.
