1977 Nissan Other Base Description

This is an unusual vehicle that was built by Nissan from 1959 through 1980. It was popular in developing countries for its ruggedness and dependability. Like Toyota's FJ40, it is a simple 4x4 that can go anywhere. This particular Patrol was sold new in Colombia where it stayed with one family until a few years ago. It was purchased by an enthusiast that did a complete frame off restoration. It was resprayed in the original orange and all mechanicals were rebuilt.The straight six starts right up and the three speed gearbox shifts with no issues. Everything works as it should. A very unique vehicle that is perfect for the beach or the trail. I have additional pictures.
