iam selling my 1969 oldsmobile toronado i brought it from the original owner frieda woodall 8 yrs ago.john f woodall brought the oldsmobile from the showroom floor at community motor sales in crawfordsville,in. on july 26,1969 john brought it for his wife for her birthday.hear is somethings i done to the car.the original parts i took off the i still have.new tires and valve stems installed 235/75/15.new rear air shocks,installed new master cylinder,all new front and rear wheel bearings,calipers rotors and new rear drums installed.wheel cylinders,all new frontend bushing new ball joints,tierods.power coated a-arms new front axles,new brake hoses.i removed the gas tank an had it cleaned new sending unit installed.mr.woodall passaway and the car set outside for 8 years. i did get it running. but i know the engine could not be in to good of shape inside.these guys selling cars with low miles,ihope that the cars our in the heated garage all there lives.if they are not the engine is junk inside. the shop that did my machine work was jack grey at grey automotive.jacks dad started the shop,now jack has took over.jack is old school he drag race boat in the 60s and 70s.all my friends that have streetrods go to jacks shop.jack took the engine apart hot tank it new freeze plugs and cam bearing installed.i told him to build the engine like it was his.he measure the piston and he said he would reused them just clean them up.polish the crank,hone the cylinders installed new oil pump new rings cam and timing chain,lifters and pushrods all new gaskets main bearings rod bearings new starter new mallory unlite distributor and wires new aluminum radiator with electric fans installed.new fuel pump and power steering pump.new 1 wire alternator at 120 amp.new air installed 134 compresso, drier,hoses,new expansion valve,pressure safety switch.rebuilt carburetor.classic car radio and new speakers installed.iam forgeting something i know.somebody is going to get a nice car.no rust, give me a call 317-501-0696 the car has all original sheet medal.there are dings and scratches dull paint.i put about 1,000 miles on the new engine.and it is ready to go on a long trip.thanks for looking.
