Here’s a nice 1992 Olds Ninety-eight Regency. This stylish luxury car has all the bells and whistles. It has cloth interior and digital display on the radio and climate control system that works well. The other power features – power windows, locks, etc also work fine. Odometer reads 124k miles, not much for a 24 year old car. The dashboard, seats and carpet are in good condition, could use a good cleaning, but condition is good, no cracks or tears in the material. The driver door has a few cracks in the vinyl. I bought this car as a hobby and it pretty much just needed some TLC. I’ve replaced the headliner which is a common problem in older cars. The paint on the car is fair. I buffed it and did bring back the shine, clear coat is not peeling. Rear bumper was having some issues so I repainted it. The engine is the 3800 V6 motor, so gas mileage isn’t bad. I have another car with the same engine, it’s still running with 240k miles on it. One issue that has come up is the Low Coolant light came on. The radiator is full of antifreeze and the temperature gauge is in normal range. This girl still has a lot of life in her and runs very well. The tires seem in good shape. May need balanced, there is a shimmy around 50mph. I have the original window sticker and owners manual which will go with the car. List price on this car in 1992 was $27,000. The car would make a good daily driver or put a little more TLC into it and make a cruiser out of it. Selling with a very low reserve. NADA in average condition is $3500, reserve is way below that. I would like to finish putting this car in tip top condition, but I am getting ready to move out of state and need to sell. Serious inquires email or call/text 865-680-5686. Local pick up only.
