The MV-1 meets all ADA guidelines and is built strong to roll for hundreds of thousands of miles. This vehicle is an attention grabber and exudes an image of undeniable power and comfort as it provides unique traveling experience.
I am the original owner. Nobody has smoked within this vehicle. No pets have ever been inside. Governor type: electronic. That means this vehicle is electronically registered to drive up to 80 mph. It has worked very well for us in many ways. But, you can change that option at any of its dealerships.
Its integrated power ramp has an anti-slip surface, holds up to 1200 lb, and deploys to two different lengths. Press/hold a button and the ramp slides in and stores under the floor, not interfering with best in class interior space, which sits up to five people comfortably.
The 36" x 56" doorway features low step-in that allows easy entry. Passengers in wheelchairs or scooters can easily enter and turn effortlessly, so they can sit next to the driver. Q'Straint 4-Point Securement Systemincludes four retractable belt wheelchair restraints and a lap and shoulder belt for securing the occupant.
For the past twenty years, I have owned a few and used many types of wheelchair accessible vehicles. Whether it is in a full size lift van, where one sits high and can not see much ahead, feeling every road bump, or within a narrow spaced, aftermarket ripped apart minivans converted for wheelchair accessibility, where I never felt completely stable and steady, in my opinion, nothing compares to the unique experience of riding shotgun in an MV-1.Its spacious room allows easy maneuverability and youhave the opportunity to see everything the driver can see and enjoy trips as it is meant to be.
The MV-1 provides you with accessibility that is unmatched by any other wheelchair accessible van. This vehicle is inspected and is priced to sell. Compare it to other vehicles of its type, year, and mileage all over US before you bid. Serious buyers will realize that the reserve price is way low than the price for which those other vehicles are listed. As of the time of this post, based on my search, there might not be any used 2012 VPG MV-1 for-sale perhaps in the entire state of Massachusetts.
