This is a great project for an enthusiastic mechanic. The engine (motor) start up fine but the car does not drive (move) possible transmission problems. The car is in a good cosmetic condition in and out. The interior is clean. The engine starts up fine it just that the car doesn't move. The engine as well as the rest of the components is in good working condition. I recently installed new front and rear brakes and new battery. The air conditioning is cold and working OK. The Cooling system is working OK as well. Radio is OK.
I got this car for my son and it was working OK until last week it stopped working. Like I said everything else functions OK on the car with the exception that the car does not drive.
When you movethe automatic transmission lever to the driving position "D" or to reverse position "R", the car does not move forward or reverse. It is like the transmission lever does not engage or send the command to the transmission. There is no noise in the automatic transmission, the car just doesn't move at all.
You will need a towing to move the car.

Este es un gran proyecto para un mecanico entusiastico. El carro no se mueve debido a posibles problemas de transmision. El carro esta en una buena condicion cosmetica dentro y fuera. El interior esta limpio. El motor arranca bien, solo que el carro no camina, no se mueve. El motor asi como el resto de los componentes estan en buenas condiciones de trabajo. Recientemente he instalado nuevos frenos delanteros y traseros y nueva bateria. El aire acondicionado es frio y funcionaba bien. El sistema de refrigeracion esta funcionando bien tambien. El radio funciona bien.
Consegui este coche para mi hijo y estaba funcionando bien hasta la semana pasada dejo de funcionar. Como he dicho todo lo demas funciona bien en el coche con la excepcion de que no se mueve. Cuando la palanca de cambio automatico se mueve a la posicion de marcha "D" o al retroceso de la posicion "R", el vehiculo no se mueve hacia delante ni hacia atras. Es como si la palanca de transmision no enganchara o enviara el comando a la transmision. No hay ruido en la transmision automatica, el vehiculo simplemente no se mueve en absoluto.
Va a necesitar una grua para llevarse el carro.
