1967 Pontiac Catalina Description

For sale is a 1967 Pontiac Ventura, factory 4 speed. This was a California car since new, and brought here for restoration. Everything is original stock except the engine, which is long gone. It now has a 1966 fresh rebuilt 389 30 over, with a crane cam and lifters. This was done at a professional engine shop, where they ran and tuned the engine. this was a rust free car from the start'
I have the Pontiac history build report, and a copy of the window sticker.
The car has all new suspension bushings, brakes, shocks,tires, exhaust, and fuel system flushed. It now has a new aluminum radiator. The 4 speed was gone though at a transmission shop and the posi differential was inspected. All glass was removed, as well as the doors. The door jams, hood, trunk and glass frames were primed and painted the factory burgundy. The hood, trunk, doors, glass and new window felts were installed.
The car is ready for the exterior paint. All trim, nameplates, and chrome is with the car. Bumpers put back on for storage. The interior is all factory correct new. Factory hurst shifter. Very few 4 speeds were produced in this model .. only 1.6% The car is legal to drive by intalling the head and tail lights. It runs and shifts well. The interior is new, factory correct. there is a flaw in the headliner, but a new one is included in the sale. thanks for looking
