1967 Pontiac Catalina Description

for sale is a 1967 Pontiac Ventura, factory 4 speed. This was a California car since new, and shipped to wis for restoration. Every thing is original stock except the original 400 engine which is long gone. It now has a 1966 389 . fresh rebuild, 30 over with crane cam and lifters. This was done at a professional engine shop, where they test ran the engine. I have the Pontiac history window sticker, and build report.
The car has all new suspension bushings, brakes, shocks, tires, exhaust and fuel system. New aluminum radiator was installed. The 4 speed was check out by a transmission shop, with new clutch and pressure plate installed.
All glass was removed, including the doors. The door jams, hood, trunk and glass frames were primed and painted the factory burgundy color. The hood, trunk, doors, glass and new window felts were installed.
The car is ready to surface finish and exterior paint. You can paint it in the quality of work you desire. All trim, nameplates, and chrome is with the car, nothing missing. The interior is all new factory correct. the headliner has got a flaw by the dome light, but a new one is included with the car. Has the original Hurst shifter. The information that I found was that only 1.6% of the venturas were 4 speeds.
