1995 Pontiac Grand Am Description

Good day,
I am selling my recently deceased father's grandam gt. This car had been sitting 2013 until recently. I have done an engine since swap to the vehicle as the original engine was knocking and the radiator coolant had leaked into the engine and mixed with the oil making the engine no good. I have put new tires on it, a new battery, and various odd and end pieces, I have all receipts to show. The car still needs the following items:
Radiator
Front Brake calipers (the breeders are rusted on and will break if tried to be loosened)
Tie rod ends
Exhaust manifold needs torqued
the car has 200,xxx on the body and the engine and transmission have approximately 175,xxx. This car is sold as is and it does run and drive.
